Project Overview

We’re seeking a volunteer to create an eye-catching email template that will capture a reader’s attention and get them to click on our call to action. This template design may include the following:
-Header image
-Definition of standard font type, size, and color
-Call to action button design
-Footer design, complete with links to our social media channels, unsubscribe method, address, etc.
-Instructions on how to use the template effectively

An updated email template will strengthen our outreach efforts and increase awareness of our work.

Having an email template for our nonprofit is crucial for effective communication. With a template, we can easily convey important information, updates, and events to our audience, keeping them engaged and informed. Additionally, a well-designed template can make our emails visually appealing, increasing the likelihood of them being read and acted upon, which doesn't necessarily happen for us right now.

We have a dedicated team member who will provide you with examples of emails we’ve sent previously, as well as our logo, colors, and brand guidelines.
