We need volunteer assistance with our QuickBooks accounts and the associated budgets. We received a grant from the state for out-of-school time. We had an accountant handling our QuickBooks account but they did not configure things appropriately. The state accounting department told us that our chart of accounts was a mess.
This project is a priority because of the government funding we receive. We don't want to go against policies, in order to do things correctly, we need guidance.

Mothers Raising Sons is the biggest grant we have ever received. Operating since 1999, we have enrolled over 800 kids from low-to-moderate incomes throughout the rural area of GA in 2022. We hired a bookkeeping agency in CA that used to be on BOD. She is willing to assist as needed.We have a Zoom meeting every Monday at 10 am with the accounting team. We are eager to complete this task. The purpose of the meetings is to keep everyone on the accounting team aligned. We can implement the project any Monday. The grant ends July 2024.
