Project Overview

We're looking for a volunteer to create a professional-looking, digital-format annual impact report template that communicates our impact to donors and stakeholders.

The engagement will occur in four phases over four to five weeks. Our first session will be a brainstorm, where we will discuss the key metrics and information we would like to highlight. In our second session together, you'll give us a preview of the preliminary design, and we will provide feedback. We may need one or more additional feedback sessions before our time together culminates with you providing us with the final deliverable in a working format that we could edit in the future and a digital format we can easily share with our stakeholders. This report will be no longer than 8 pages.

Our ideal volunteer has experience designing brochures or reports and will be prepared to show us their portfolio of design examples. We hope you can spend 15-30 hours over four to five weeks.

Crafting a compelling annual impact report is pivotal for Forge Youth Mentoring as it serves as a vital tool in communicating our mission, impact, and needs to our donors, stakeholders, and the broader community. A professionally designed report not only enhances our credibility but also helps us effectively showcase the transformative work we do, thereby bolstering donor engagement and support.

By volunteering your design expertise for this project, you'll be directly contributing to our efforts in bridging the opportunity gap for young people. Your commitment of 15-30 hours over four to five weeks will be a valuable investment, enabling us to amplify our message and reach more individuals who can help us in our mission.

We'll share our logo and brand colors/fonts with you. Additionally, after the first phase of discussion, we will put together data points that we would want in this report and provide copy, where needed. The result of this project will be having an easily editable template that we can use for our quarterly and annual reports to share impact with key stakeholders.
