Project Overview
We are calling all passionate designers and branding specialists! We need your help to crafting an engaging brand identity for our vibrant farmers markets across New York City.
Our nonprofit wants to craft exciting visuals that pulls audience members in and gets them to our great farmers markets across the city. But first, we need a volunteer to assist us in developing a comprehensive brand identity. This identity should reflect the city's atmosphere, diverse neighborhoods and food cultures, and target audiences. All brand recommendations should keep in mind the outdoor presentation of any future marketing materials and ensure our color scheme conquers the elements and shines in open-air markets.
We ask that you be open to feedback and continuous improvement as we work together to shape our nonprofit's brand. Our project objective is to create a cohesive and recognizable identity for the farmers market and capture its essence, highlighting the freshness, quality, and variety of locally grown produce and effectively communicate the benefits of shopping at the farmers market. A strong brand identity will also help the market stand out from the competition and establish a lasting presence in the community.
I can assist with the following preparations:
-Conduct research: I can gather information about the farmers' market, target audience, and competitors to inform the brand brainstorming process.
-Develop design concepts: I can generate ideas for design elements, such as logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery.
-Provide feedback and suggestions: I can review and critique brand concepts to help refine the final designs.
